Pink Saturday Projects

I thought I would show you some of the projects from Lexi's room make over which I posted last Wednesday. See this pile of material scraps......
They became a luscious ragamuffin garland....it is approx. 40 inches long and full and fluffy.
Then we have scrapbook paper and wooden letters......they became......
this! Didn't they turn out cute! I also added some clear jewels for bling.
Here is one of the letters up close.....can you see the bling on it?
I also did a mistreatment for her windows. These were bright pink tab top panels and I added the zebra material along with black pom poms across the bottom, no sewing all with fabric glue.
Oh, and with all the hard work that went into Lexi's room make over, Lucy was just worn out and borrowed Lexi's soft pink throw to curl up and take a little nap with. Notice she still has her little pink bows in her hair.
Be sure to click on my Pink Saturday button for more Pink Saturday fun! Hope you all have a safe, fun holiday weekend.

You did such a good job with everything you made for Lexi's room. I am going to share the letter/scrapbooking paper idea with my daughter. She'll be redoing her kids rooms when they move. I love that the curtains were NO SEW...I'll have to share that with her too. She's challenged with a needle!

Happy Pink Saturday!

take care,
Dawn

Good Pink morning, Darlene! I am so loving your Pinkness this morning! That little garland is adorable, but little Lucy steals the scene with her sleeping little face and pink bows.

Have a beautiful PinK Saturady!

You girls just had sooooo much fun with Lexi's room makeover! I love all of the pink touches you added. Your sweet poochie looks so cozy curled up in the soft throw. How cute that you placed the "girls rock" sign over her window. I also LOVE the black storage unit which now houses her TV!!! You did a terrific job! Dana

Hi Darlene,

Lexi's room turned out soooo beautiful. All that hard work that Lucy put into it. She deserves a little nap time. I wish my Lucy could wear bows.

Hi Darlene,
Lexi is a lucky little girl to have such a crafty mama!

I like all your projects...you've got me thinking about Connor and Cooper with animal print covers for their names! Wonder how my daughter would like that! Both of them have animal type stuff in their rooms!
