Pink Saturday

My Pink Saturday posts always seem to revolve around Lexi.....could that mean she is a Pink girl?? Anyway, today I am showing you some of her personalized pillowcases. I first saw these pillowcases at a huge craft show that comes twice a year to the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds called "An Affair of the Heart". One of the booths there is called Bunnies and Bows and they personalize the most adorable pillowcases. This was one of her toddler pillowcases and the toddler size comes with a pillow to fit. It says Butterfly Kisses...
The rest of the pillowcases are for a standard size pillow. This one is The Princess is Sleeping....
Her best friend gave her this one for her birthday in 2nd grade...they are still Best Buds!
It's All About Me! If you have a girl you know that is true.....lol
This is the one she is sleeping on right now so the pillow is in it......Oodles of Poodles!
I attached the link to the Bunnies and Bows website above in case any of you want to order these precious pillowcases. They have a lot of them and have them for boys and girls. They make great personalized gifts for birthdays or Christmas. Be sure to click on the Pink Saturday button to the left for more great Pink Saturday fun.

Happy Pink Saturday, Darlene.

These pillowcase are just the cutest. My favorites are the poodles and it's all about me.

It must be fun having a girl, and being able to buy girlie things.

How fun are those pillowcases? I'm sure she loves them all. I used to buy standard pillowcases and cut them down and resew them to make Tim's toddler pillowcases. He has nothing quite so fancy or PINK LOL!

Congratulations by the way!!!! :) :) :)

take care,
Dawn

Good Morning Miz Darlene,
How cute are those pillowcases! You know I've never had special pillowcases, don't know why really, just always had what came with my sheet sets but I've been thinking lately maybe I need to embellish some and look for special ones. Like you said they make great gifts for birthdays and Christmas. Thanks for sharing! Lexi IS a lucky blessed girl!

Happy Pink Saturday! Love those p'cases! I just recently decided to do some fancy ones for our pillows. Silk ribbon embroidery and regular embroidery combined. Like Kitty Scraps, I had not done many really fancy ones and I have found it really makes you feel special to have pretty ones!

Love the girly stuff, my sweet first grandchild, a girl, is going to be spoiled rotten with lots of cases and quilt, clothes from Grandma's machine and hands! Let's hope they are cherished decades later!

Happy Pink Saturday!

I love the pillowcases! So cute.

My daughter was born a "pink" girl. I think her dad actually started it. The day she was born he ran out real fast to the store and bought her a cute little pink dress. So funny-because my husband is a outdoorsy kind of guy and in he comes to the hospital holding this cute little pink dress! That was 18 years ago and my daughter is STILL all about pink-She is getting ready to have her own baby girl and guess what color the baby's room is? duh. :)
Have a blessed Sunday Darlene~
Robin~♥

Oops Darlene, I saw this post and thought I commented , guess ole age setting in. lol

Love those pillowcases. I am just getting Lexi's bedroom fixed up and I saw a princess case at a local specialty shop. I have debated cause still not sure what to get for her. I don't want a disney theme even though she likes tinkerbell and Barbie Princess so I am still just waiting till the right thing pops out. I might have to make my own...

Thanks fir showing all of them...they are just to cute!
