Trick ~ or ~ Treat.....

Lexi picked out this cheerleading costume called "Bad Spirit" you know because of the skull. She looked so cute and she was sure she could pass for a teenager with her make-up on.....hehehe
It was a gorgeous evening for Halloween...our high yesterday was about 85 degrees so it wasn't too cold last night for all the kids. We just ordered a pizza and stayed home and handed out candy to all the trick-or-treaters that came by. What a fun time and Lexi loves seeing all her friends that come by.

One more little treat we had....no not made from scratch. These are the toll house Halloween cookies, just pull apart and bake. I don't know if you can tell but the chocolate chips were orange and black...yummy!

Good Morning Miz Darlene,
Look out Mom you've almost got a teenager on your hands there *smiles* Lexi sure looks cute in her costume.

We had pizza for dinner too and watched Sleepy Hollow, sadly no trick or treaters at our door so I guess we'll just have to eat all that candy ourselves *grin*

Have a wonderful weekend friend!

I remember when I was Lexi's age and my mom let me be a gypsy for halloween. She put make up on me and a mole right above my lip. My parents wouldn't allow me to pierce my ears till I was 16, but my mom put a scarf around my head (tied in the back) and attached big hoop earring to the scarf right at my ears. So it looked like I had pierced ears~!
Seriously I thought I was ALL THAT with my makeup and big hoop earrings~I'll never forget it~♥
Lexi is adorable, adorable, adorable!
I'm off to drive to Spokane see my mom, dad, daugher, son, friends and my grandsons-Have fun this weekend!

Lexi looks so cute in her Cheerleader outfit! You can tell she's a dancer by her pose!!!
Those cookies look great. We were gone last night---watching our g.girl Trick or Treat. She was scared of the spooky houses and mummies and bloody dripping older Trick or Treaters! She was decked out in her Abby Cadaby Outfit.

When we got home, around 9:00, folks were lining the streets with carloads of kiddos! I couldn't believe it---at 9:00! I think I was glad we weren't here!

Hope you have a great weekend---loved Lexi's photos from all of her past HWs!! You're a great picture-takin mama! dana

Lexi looks adorable in her cheerleader costume. What a beauty you have there.
The cookies look good.
We didn't see one trick or treater here...the only ones I saw was at Walmart when I went to get a few groceries, and they were adults!!

Lexi picked a great costume. I had fun last night too...just staying home and handing out candy to the little goblins!

Uh oh, I kinda think she COULD pass for a teenager if you just kinda squint your eyes a little.
Too soon, you won't even have to squint.

She looks so cute! Can you imagine us wanting to wear clothes with skulls. My grandson loves them and wants to have them on everything. He'll be seven in December.
