Christmas Eve Pictures and Wii Fun.....

I thought I would share some pictures we took on Christmas Eve. I don't think you have met my parents, so let me introduce them. My dad Cecil, mom Charlotte, me, hubby Alan and Lexi in front.

The best present of all is the little girl in front of the tree! Notice our packages don't have ribbons, bows, or fun stuff on them because of our little terror Midnight. Do you see her in the picture?
Santa brought Lexi a Wii sports package. We have had so much fun playing it. We are finding muscles that we have not used in a long time.

The instant Lexi got out of the shower here they are on the Wii again!
I hope you all got every thing you wanted for Christmas. I have been having fun with my family while I have been off this week. I should be back to regular posting and visiting next week. See ya later!

So fun Darlene! We love the Wii. My niece and nephew got the new Guitar Hero World Tour and we were rocking on that all day yesterday! Looks like you had a great Christmas:)

Darlene,

Very nice to meet your parents, how fun to have them with you. You and your mom look alike. Anyhow.... we had a wonderful Christmas, always do.

I did my daughter's Wii sport and I love the boxing and bowling. I stink at baseball and golf. It is so much fun that you don't realize how much time and workout you get.

Happy New Year,
Cheri

What a great family photo!! That little Midnight looks like he was searching for the tiniest little bow!!
I'm certain I would hurt myself if I tried any of those Wii games! They do look fun, however.
Well, I hope your Christmas was grand--it looks like it was. I feel very fortunate to have met you this year, Darlene. You have fun and interesting posts about a variety of topics--I have so enjoyed them and getting to know you and your family and your little fur buddies! I hope your New Year brings many, many blessings---especially a calmer Midnight! :)
It was 60 here yesterday--this morning we have had 80 mile winds, thunderstorms and tons of rain. The temp is now in the low 30s, so the rain is freezing on the trees! I just saw on the news there are trees down all over the metro---guess I won't run to Target as planned. This is a great day to start "Twilight"--and I think I will!

Looks like a fun Christmas at your house, Darlene! I've never even looked at a Wii, but I keep hearing all about them. We don't have any youngsters in our house, so I may never see one. Happy New Year!

Hi Darlene
It was lovely to be introduced to your beautiful family. Thank you.
I know exactly what you mean about those muscles. My daughter Jessica (12) also got the Wii sports and I now have a new condition called 'Wii Shoulder' from 'playing' too much Wii tennis!!!
Enjoy.

We are the last family in America without a Wii!!! They look like so much fun, but I've yet to break down and buy one. Enjoy yours! And enjoy having your parents around. My mom came up for the day on Friday and I wish she'd have stayed longer. Merry belated Christmas!!

Hi Darlene,
Thanks for stopping by earlier. I loved your Christmas pix too. Your sweet Lexi is so adorable. I got a kick out of the "no bows or ribbon" policy at your house because of Midnight. What a crack up! : )
Speaking of adorable...your parents are too. : )

What a sweet family you have. Enjoyed the pictures. I have to laugh when you said you were using muscles you haven't used for awhile, playing Wii. I did the same thing when my son brought his wii system up and I played it. I woke up the next morning thinking I had the flu...then I remembered playing the sports games. lol.

It looks like you were having fun. I haven't tried Tim's Wii yet. I don't think he's played any of the games for the sports set we got. He's mostly played Star Wars and Indiana Jones LOL!

You have a nice looking family there!!!! Thanks for sharing the picture.

take care,
Dawn
