Elfis and the Sleigh Riders.....

was the name of the fourth grade school play that Lexi was in last night. She was a "Diva". Some of the cast in the play were Elfis (Elvis), Jerry Lee, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Aretha, Mariah and Celine (the three Divas), elves and reindeer. In this first picture Lexi is in the red dress, next to Elfis (in white).
Lexi is to the right.
Again, to the right.
Lexi is to the left of Elfis in this picture.
She has her hand up here.
It was such a cute play and she had one of the main parts, and more speaking parts than the two other Divas. How fun!

This is so fun Darlene--it sounds like a great program. Good for Lexi for having a main part! I really appreciate all the work the teachers do in putting on these school programs. It's such a good experience for the children and fun for the family to come see.

Good Morning Darlene ~
What a darling program! Your daughter looks precious. Our music program is cancelled because of snow...SNOW...in Beaverton, Oregon...we are frozen in...but it is like 6 of one and half a dozen of another...meaning that the snow is a blast, but we wanted to do the music program too...Lexi looks lovely...isn't it fun making memories? Merry Christmas!

That's so cool for her. It's neat for her to be confident enough at her age to do what she was doing. I bet you're a proud mommy. Take care

What a cute name for the play. I'm sure you all had a great time and you must be very proud of Lexi. I just know Lexi would be my kind of girl, she does all the same things I did as a kid. Go Lexi!

I know you must be a "proud Mama" and rightly so! Lexi is such a doll and for her to have a main part tells me she is pretty smart too! I love Christmas programs...going to see my grandson in one tonight.

Looks like she had lots of fun. I'm sure you were very proud of her. Her red dress is very pretty.

BTW, the crown is drawn on a chalkboard. I've seen so many crowns, but haven't found one that I'm willing to spend the money on, so I decided to try and draw one.
