Valentine Decorations....

As promised, here are my Valentine's decorations. This is on top of our DVD storage cabinet that I will show you later in the week.
These hearts are red, pink and clear and I bought them from Target. They were on the outer edge of the dollar area and I believe were $2.50 per box. I LOVE them!
I made the little birdie box and I think it turned out cute. I think I am going to add a small nest an a couple of eggs to it.....not sure though. The large apothecary jar is filled with puffy glitter hearts. They are from Hobby Lobby.
Remember you can always click on my pictures to enlarge them.

My sofa table with my Valentine sign.
This was hard to get a picture of, but it is strands of little Valentines, and I have one across the top of each of my windows. I was going to move them, but Lexi liked them and thought they should stay.

I hope you enjoyed my Valentine's decorations. You never know when I might add something else I found or crafted!
We are probably going to get hit with an ice storm this evening. The weatherman says no snow just ice....YUCK! I'll keep you posted.

Oh your Valentine decorations look absolutely darling!!!! I love to decorate for EVERY holiday, but since my mom passed I haven't felt like taking out the Valentine decor...until now. Your post reminds me that even in the midst of sadness, we can find joy in the beauty of decorating our homes, and remembering LOVE! Thank you Darlene!

Good Morning Miz Darlene,
I adore your Valentine decor! How sweet your little box is! And do my eyes deceive me or did I see a HL sign or two in there??? *smiles* I walk past those on my way from the time clock everyday wondering where I could put them! But you've found the perfect use for them as Valentines decorations. You're so clever! I have a box full of Valentines crafts from last year that I scored but haven't dug them out to do anything with them *sigh* Wishing you an ice free week!

LOVE your decorations. Boy, you found some good things. The sign is adorable. Thanks for sharing. Stay warm. We are hoping that the trees don't get so much ice that they break. I think you are in for it more than we are. Good luck.

Ugh, ice sucks. We just got clear sidestreets after almost 2 weeks of driving on ice. Hope it isn't too bad. I have a friend in Broken Arrow OK who is dreading it as well.

Your valentine stuff is too cute! I have NOTHING for valentines. Maybe Natalie will make me something:)

Good morning Darlene! I really enjoyed seeing all your Valentine's Decorations. Love those little hearts from Target, I'm going to have to look for some.

Hope the ice misses you--we end up with ice more often than snow here in my part of NC and I hate it!

Oh dear....you're inspiring me to get out my Valentine decorations and we just took our trees down yesterday! I enjoyed every photo, Darlene. Now, where did I put those hearts.....???? Have a glorious week!

As always Darlene...I love all your pretties! I just love seeing what everyone shares so I can get more different ideas. I love the signs...did you paint those?

My hubby is on a flight to Ohio today so last I checked it was snow/sleet...I am hoping everything will be ok.

I DO love your decorations, and I've been to 2 Targets, 1 Walmart, 1 Moore, and 2 Dollar stores looking for those hearts. One Target man told me that they don't all carry the same stuff! (sigh)

Ah well, I found other things, but not as nice as those hearts.

We are awaiting the ice storm as well. It's supposed to start around noon. Thankfully, when I came into work this morning, one of the first things my boss said was "When it starts to sleet, it's time for you to go home". No worries.

Stay safe!

Good Morning Darlene ~ CUTE~OLA!!! You are officially our Valentine's guru! Your decor is lovely.

Have a wonderful week and stay toasty and safe. Think warm and sunny and try to imagine getting into a roasting hot car that has been sitting in the parking lot at a grocery store while you shop in the cool ice cream isle...one can dream.
