She IS our Star!!!!!

Look at Lexi all dressed up! We were at the school last night for the 4th grade awards.
She won numerous awards including:
*Recognition for a Great Expectations Model School
*Student of the Month
*Six Flags Six Hour Reading Goal
*Accelerated Reader Achievement in Reading
*Athlete of the Month
*Musician of the Month
*Cross Country Participant
*Show Choir
*2009 Select Circle the State with Song
*Jump n Jive and

I think her MOST exciting moment was winning the President's Fitness Test 2009 award. She has never won and this year the girl that normally wins and Lexi tied. They are the top scorers of the fitness test for the 4th grade girls. Way to go Lexi!!!
I know it is blurry but look at her beaming!!!!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. It is supposed to be rainy here but that is fine because we need it.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww. She is adorable. Congratulations on all of her awards. I used to be sad in school because just one or two kids would get all the awards but I am happy that you have the one that gets awards : ) and not the one that doesn't get any! She is so pretty! LOVE her dress and LOVE her smile!

Darlene, i am so confused I read this post and commented on it but I don't see it. The only thing I can think of is sometimes my computer goes down and once in a while my post doesn't go through.

I love your Lexi and she reminds me of my granddaughter who is blond and wears her hair like Lexi. She also excels in all things. Congratulations Lexi, especially with the President's award for fitness. You go LEXI.

Hugs...Jeanne
