Pretty Tulle Wrapped Gifts......

I wanted to share with you how I wrapped some pretty teacher gifts. First, I found these beautiful candles at JC Penney marked from $14.00 each to $5.99 and I had a $10.00 off your purchase coupon. I only needed three, but I got an extra for that person you "forgot"....oops! Anyway, these are for Lexi's two dance teachers and her theater group teacher. I purchased the tulle at Hobby Lobby. It is on sale this week for .77 per yard and I think it makes a beautiful wrap. We just attached a tag in the ribbon.
Next we needed a cheap, easy gift for 10 teachers at school. Yep, Lexi loves all the teachers! We did a snowman mug, hot chocolate, marshmallows and candy canes. Added some shred........
............ and used red tulle. It looks so pretty and anyone would love getting this cute little gift.

Hope you are all having a great Wednesday and getting all of your Christmas shopping done.♥

Absolutely adorable!! Those teachers will love those gifts. What a great idea on the tulle. I've used it on wedding gifts but not on other kinds. Thanks for the idea. You are so creative!

Darlene, your gift choices are adorable and pretty. Tulle is an awesome idea. I bet Lexi had some input on the mugs. I so remember buying teacher gifts. With five children it was a formidable task. Lots of Christmas cookies were wrapped. I do miss those years and they went by so fast. I think every mother with grown children says that!!!

I was so pleased to receive your card. Thank you Darlene. Your sweet family means so much to me.

Christmas love, Jeanne

They look super cute! I was thrilled when The Son's teachers this year asked that we don't buy presents but buy things for children in need instead. Such a relief because I had no idea what to get them. Now, to just buy the things for the children in need...

They are adorable Darlene! The teachers are going to love them.
Good job you two!

Hey, I have a favorite to ask you...I am doing a bird post this week sometime...I was wondering if I could link back to your post where you and Lexi were making the bird feeding ornaments? Let me know whether that is okay or not.
You can either comment back to me on my blog on any post or E mail me at robinruns@comcast.net

Thanks Darlene~!

I love to use tule in my gift wrapping. Sometimes I use it instead of ribbon.
Great price on the candles from JCP, and the snowman mugs are adorable. Cute gifts.

Funny...I remember midnight having troubles with your tree last year. : )
