Menu for May 10 - 16 and Review of Last Week's New Recipes....

Be sure to visit I'm an Organizing Junkie for hundreds of menu plans for the week.  We will be recital~ing from Friday night through Sunday so we will probably be grabbing things out to eat.  Remember linked recipes are in blue.

  • Monday - Crock pot Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn

  • Tuesday - Grilled Pork Chops, applesauce, baked beans

  • Wednesday - Enchilada Casserole (new recipe), re fried beans, chip/salsa

  • Thursday - Hamburger Helper Salisbury, green beans

  • Friday - Hot Dogs, fruit, chips or Eat out

  • Saturday / Sunday - eat out
Review of last week's new recipes :

Corny Salmon Cakes - DELICIOUS!  I will definitely be making these again.
Peach Chicken - Again DELICIOUS!  YAY, two wonderful new recipes this past week.

I have lots of things I hope to share with you soon.  A Broadway Kids (Lexi's song/dance group) song (finally uploaded), another dance competition, Etsy love and we planted in one of the new beds.

Oh, and one other thing......Lexi gets out of school in 8 more days!  WOW the year went by fast!

8 days, wow, it has gone fast. You all are so busy! The menu sound good too. I hope this week is nice and warm and sunny and clam. Lots to hope for. Enjoy!

Hi, Darlene... I never would have thought to put corn with those salmon cakes or peach with chicken! But I can see that it would kick those recipes up a notch. I might have to try that!

I have got to start doing this...I already do weekly menus, sorta but lose track and we end up doing sandwichs! I am going to do this next grocery trip.

Just wanted to wish you a Happy Mother's Day!!! Our computer router has been acting up so I have not been able to get one very The menu looks delish!!! The salmon corny cakes look like something my daughter and I would love!!
We have 14 more days of school and we will be in Ardmore on the very last day for our 5th grade field trip..LAKE MURRAY??

WOW you guys get out early! My son graduates 8th grade June 3rd. It's sad to me when school ends and starts because it means the kids are a year older and you wonder how it went by so fast. I wish it would slow down! Have a great week.

I can't believe you guys are out in 8 days! We still have over a month left!!! But, they just removed the cover from the neighborhood pool...so there is hope!!!!
