Menu for May 3rd - 9th and Review of Last Week's New Recipe......

Be sure to visit I'm an Organizing Junkie for hundreds of other menu plans for the week.  Linked recipes are in blue.
You can tell I got off the menu last week, but the two new recipes I wanted to try last week are on this week.

Review of last weeks new recipe:

Fruited Tuna Salad Pitas - I did manage to make one new recipe while my parents were here.  We all agreed this is DELICIOUS!  It will be a great summer (fancy) tuna sandwich.  It would also be fabulous for a ladies get together.  I couldn't find pita bread here, so I used the new thin sandwich bread.....love it!

I had so much fun with my parents but it was a very short visit.  They will be back in a couple of weeks though for Lexi's dance recital.

We all get off our schedules from time to time...that is life I suppose.

School is almost out...then a completely new list will appear I am sure.

Have a great week.

Looks like another week of fabulous eating at your house!
The tuna salad does look pretty tasty :)
We are expecting two more storms this week. But, today the sun is shining. Guess I'll go make hay while the sun is shining. I've got a million outside projects to do.
Have a wonderful day !

I LOVE salmon patties, and I LOVE corn...put the two together? MMMmmmmm.....too bad my boys don't like salmon patties. : (

Maybe I'll just make them and say, "This is what we're having for supper. If you don't want any, make a sandwich!" LOL!

Hey there Darlene ~

I too love the fish sticks...wonderful childhood memories. Your memu looks totally yummy. I hope that you are having a wonderful week. It is raining and hailing and snowing and a bit of sun~shine~ing too....Spring in the Northwest!

If you came to visit today...I wouldn't know whether to offer lemonage or hot chocolate....I know, hot lemonage tea with chocolate brownies on the side.
