Ticket to the Real World - Summer Play

The weekend for the play is quickly approaching.  This is the poster that is around town and was in the newspaper advertising it.  Lexi has done a great job memorizing all of her lines and learning her song.  On Thursday, the parents will get to watch the final dress rehearsal and take pictures and video.  I can't wait to see it and share it with you!!  Did you find Lexi in the picture?
Here she is up-close.   In the play she is Evelyn Goode, an actress, pretending to be a witch and hosting a reality show for the fairy tale contestants trying to leave the fairy tale world and get into the "real world".
The fairy tale characters are:
Mildred - the not-quite-beautiful princess.
Cheryl - the surprisingly assertive pixie.
Reginald - last of the infamous big bad wolves.
Newton - a dwarf (that is in love with Lexi's character)
Delilah - the world's only hornless unicorn.
Sir Alex - one of the most gallant and mysterious knights in the land (played by a girl)
Tito - currently believed to be the smallest giant ever born (he is played by a tall 16 year old).

The lady from the newspaper watched a dress rehearsal on Tuesday and will have a write up in the newspaper on Thursday.  I can't wait to read it and then go watch the show.♥
