Well, I thought I would share a picture of how I am shaping up....lol. I have now been on my exercise and calorie counting program since July 7th and I have lost 27 pounds. I am 5'9" tall and right now I weigh 153 pounds. I am feeling stronger, GREAT overall and am really enjoying wearing some "old" smaller clothes as well as some new ones.
When I started my weight loss I was wearing XL in tops and I was squeezed into size 12 capris/shorts and was getting ready to have to buy 14's. I went shopping the other day and bought a couple of tops (this is one) size Med. and my new capris are Levis 515 in size 8, and they are not tight AT ALL!!!!!! WOOHOO!
I am still working on a few more pounds and besides still walking, targeting specific areas as my legs, upper arms and belly. Hope you all have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.♥
